Exercises
Arch Support

Because your muscles are all paralyzed, you might find that your ankles are rolling in so that your foot is too flat. This can be painful near your toes because the pressure is not being applied to the right parts of your foot. You can help correct this and stop the pain by wearing shoe inserts that lift your arches and prevent you from rolling in. As your ankle strengthens overtime, you will find you don’t need the inserts as much.
